masking, a 16 mm film
This experimental film features my first time using a bolex 16 mm camera. I shoot my surroundings artistically; and I combine these visuals with a stream of conciousness voiceover, conveying my own experience with masking, or whatever it means to you. This project was largely edited in camera, with the audio being the main component edited in post.
I went outside of the box to make this film; while it conveys a personal narrative as much of my work does, it also uses experimental filmmaking techniques, making for an interesting, exploratory, and thoughtful short film.
